BLOOM AT HOME

The Bloom concept offers high quality art, food and wine experiences, in unique and beautiful locations - these are Bloom Art Experiences. Now and then, we are able to run a workshop in private homes or privately sourced locations. These are Bloom at Home, a less costly, modified version of Bloom Art Experiences, in the comfort of your home/garden/shed/stables/poolhouse...wherever! If you live within 100km of Brisbane, would like to coordinate and cater 10 to 16 of your friends by hosting a Bloom workshop in your space, then we would love to chat!

WHERE

We will travel to you - somewhere within 100km of Brisbane city. A location further than 30km from Brisbane city will incur an extra $200 travel fee. It could be your home/ garden/ shed/ stables /poolhouse...wherever!

HOW

You provide the space set with tables, chairs, lunch, wine/ drinks and we provide all the painting materials including, canvases, easels, brushes, paints, mediums, palettes, brown paper to protect your tables, flowers & more.

WHAT

We spend the day teaching and assisting students to complete a 30x30cm floral still life painting in either oils or acrylics (we split the group in half: Emily teaches in acrylics, Kate teaches in oils). We provide high quality tuition, support and guidance to students in an easy to understand, kind and encouraging manner.

COSTS

$350 per person. We have a minimum of 10 and maximum of 16 people. Your job as host is to coordinate payment: we require a $700 deposit and then the remainder to be paid 2 weeks prior to the event. Catering costs are the responsibility of the host/ participants.

WHEN

A mutually agreed upon date (please enquire via the form below). We can offer both weekday and weekend timeslots. An average day would run from 9-5pm and we would typically arrive 60 - 90 minutes early to set up the painting materials. We all take an hours break at lunch time to eat!
